In this position, employees will act as the first point of contact for customers, registering them and ensuring compliance with state ID checks. They will operate the point-of-sale system to accurately process purchases while explaining current promotions and store policies. Besides handling transactions, team members will assist in maintaining store organization through stocking shelves, managing merchandise displays, and overseeing inventory processes. The role also involves physical tasks such as unloading delivery trucks, lifting and moving boxes, and ensuring shopping carts are available and orderly.

Job Duties
- Register customers prior to entering the store
- take state IDs and capture customer information
- explain current sales promotions and store policies
- learn and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- scan and process customer transactions accurately
- take customer payments and issue receipts
- place purchased items in bags, boxes, or carts
- retrieve carts as needed
- stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain store appearance
- place products in proper storage areas
- assist with inventory scanning and counting
- help organize and identify items in the warehouse or storage containers
- unload delivery trucks and restock sales floor as needed
- identify low-stock areas and replenish shelves
- provide excellent customer service
- perform other duties as assigned
