The available role involves various exciting duties focused on ensuring an outstanding customer experience and smooth store operations. Key responsibilities include registering and assisting customers before they enter the store, verifying IDs and capturing customer information as per state regulations, and explaining ongoing sales promotions and store policies. This position requires learning and operating the point-of-sale (POS) system to accurately process transactions, take payments, and issue receipts. Team members also help organize purchased items into bags or carts and retrieve carts as necessary.

In addition to customer service, team members contribute to inventory management and store upkeep. Duties include stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, maintaining store appearance, placing products in proper storage areas, assisting with inventory scanning and counting, and helping to organize warehouse inventory. Restocking the sales floor, unloading delivery trucks, and identifying low-stock areas to replenish merchandise are critical aspects of this role. Providing excellent customer service at all times and assisting with other duties as needed rounds out the expectations of the position.
