Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or cashier role preferred
- Basic food handling knowledge or willingness to obtain food handler's certificate
- Ability to use POS systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain cleanliness and organization
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cashier, cafe, or customer service role preferred
- Comfortable using POS systems
- Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Basic food-handling knowledge
- Food handler's certificate a plus or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service at the food bar
- Take and process orders accurately using our POS system, Trybe
- Prepare and serve light snacks, beverages, and grab-and-go items according to standards
- Answer guest questions about the menu items and the overall amenities space
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary service area throughout the shift
- Restock snacks, beverages, utensils, and other supplies as needed
- Communicate with operations and hospitality teams about guest needs or issues
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, inventory, and any prep that is needed
- Uphold Bathhouse service standards and support a calm, welcoming environment
