HomeGoods at TJX is expanding its team and offering a role focused on delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. The opportunity exists at the HomeGoods Store 1210 in Daly City, CA, with a starting pay range between $17.50 and $18.00 per hour, determined by skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, team members are expected to act as role models by demonstrating established customer experience best practices with both internal colleagues and external customers. They support a positive store culture by exemplifying honesty, integrity, and respect, which are fundamental to TJX's corporate values. Operational precision is key, including accurately ringing customer purchases and returns, counting change, promoting loyalty and credit programs, and upholding merchandising standards. Employees actively participate in store recovery efforts, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and entire store, and contribute to shrink reduction and safety awareness initiatives. This fosters a supportive and efficient store environment that benefits both customers and staff alike.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
