The role demands engaging with customers during checkout, handling cash transactions accurately, and educating customers on feedback surveys and omni-channel services such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). This position is essential in supporting the store’s shrink and safety initiatives and upholding Standard Operating Procedures and company policies to ensure legal compliance and operational excellence. Additionally, employees serve as brand ambassadors by projecting a positive image, promoting the organization’s vision, and modeling respectful and inclusive behavior, even in challenging situations.
