Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required
- Must be able to provide TB clearance
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic mathematical ability for cash handling
- Successful completion of Sales Associates Training Class (BSAT)
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successfully completes Sales Associates Training Class (BSAT)
- Ability to provide prompt, friendly and quality customer service
- Ability to perform stock and inventory duties
- Ability to perform assigned housekeeping duties
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling
- On the job training provided by the Manager and Assistant Manager
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Provides quality customer service by greeting each customer promptly and courteously
- Performs cashiering duties in accordance with AIM Cash Policy
- Adheres to Techniques of Alcohol Management (TAM) policies and procedures
- Follows tobacco sale policies and procedures
- Complies with security and safety policies and procedures
- Checks in new merchandise timely
- Performs stocking and pricing duties
- Maintains cleanliness and performs housekeeping duties
- Adheres to health and safety regulations including proper food handling and sanitation
