Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required
- Successfully completes Sales Associates Training Class (BSAT)
- On-the-job training provided by manager and assistant manager
- Must be able to provide tuberculosis (TB) clearance
- Ability to perform cashiering duties accurately
- Ability to follow security, safety, alcohol management, and tobacco sale policies
- Ability to perform stocking, pricing and housekeeping duties
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including days, nights, swings, and graveyards
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Standing for extended periods
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successfully completes Sales Associates Training Class (BSAT)
- On-the-job training provided by the manager and assistant manager
- Requires mathematical ability for proper cash handling
- Ability to provide prompt, friendly and quality customer service
- Ability to perform stock and inventory duties
- Ability to perform assigned housekeeping duties
Job Duties
- Provides quality customer service by greeting each customer in a prompt and timely manner
- Performs cashiering duties according to the AIM Cash Policy
- Follows Techniques of Alcohol Management (TAM) policies and procedures
- Follows tobacco sale policies and procedures
- Follows security and safety policies and procedures
- Checks in new merchandise in a timely manner
- Performs stocking and pricing duties
- Maintains a clean store environment by performing housekeeping duties
- Follows health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation
- Attends monthly store meetings
- Attends training classes
- Cleans gasoline pumps as needed
- Assists in covering other locations as assigned
- Performs other duties as assigned
