Adherence to safety protocols, including Techniques of Alcohol Management (TAM), tobacco sale policies, and general security measures, is essential. The position also requires several housekeeping tasks to maintain the store's cleanliness and supporting stocking and pricing activities to keep merchandise organized and available. Employees are expected to follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices, ensuring customers receive a positive and safe shopping experience. This job demands attention to detail, concentration, and mathematical skills to handle daily cash transactions accurately and efficiently. The working conditions include both indoor and occasional outdoor environments with the use of various equipment such as cash registers, gas consoles, coffee makers, and food heating devices.
