Adherence to safety protocols, including Techniques of Alcohol Management (TAM), tobacco sale policies, and general security measures, is essential. The position also requires several housekeeping tasks to maintain the store's cleanliness and supporting stocking and pricing activities to keep merchandise organized and available. Employees are expected to follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices, ensuring customers receive a positive and safe shopping experience. This job demands attention to detail, concentration, and mathematical skills to handle daily cash transactions accurately and efficiently. The working conditions include both indoor and occasional outdoor environments with the use of various equipment such as cash registers, gas consoles, coffee makers, and food heating devices. Flexibility for varied shifts and extended hours is also a key component of this role.\n\nBeyond the daily duties, the position involves participating in monthly store meetings and training classes to continuously improve skills and stay updated with company standards and practices. Occasional duties may include servicing other locations, handling new merchandise, and performing miscellaneous housekeeping tasks. Employees in this role contribute significantly to the customer’s overall shopping experience and the smooth operation of the store. Reporting to the Store Manager, those in this role become an essential part of the team dedicated to upholding Aloha’s values and delivering outstanding service every day.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • must be able to provide TB clearance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • successfully completes Sales Associates Training Class (BSAT)
  • on the job training provided by the Manager and Assistant Manager

  • ability to perform assigned housekeeping duties

Job Duties
