The company operates with a focus on community engagement and maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming store environments for all customers. Flexibility is crucial as associates will cross-train in other departments, including deli services, when necessary to support team operations.

This role requires stamina and a positive attitude as employees will frequently be on their feet and working both indoors and outdoors. Candidates must have strong communication skills in English, basic math proficiency for handling transactions, and the physical capability to lift items up to 50 pounds. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $17.29 per hour along with weekly pay, flexible scheduling options for full-time and part-time work, and a pathway for career advancement within the company. Additional perks include free soda or coffee during shifts and a 401(k) retirement plan.
