This entry-level position is designed for individuals passionate about fashion, customer service, and creativity. Employees are expected to be dependable, showing up on time for scheduled shifts and ready to participate actively in the day-to-day functions of the boutique. The position is part-time, offering shifts approximately eight hours long from Monday through Saturday, with required availability on December 24th and 26th. Our business hours run from 10 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Saturday and 11 am to 5 pm on Sundays, with shift start times allowing preparation before customers arrive. This role offers an hourly pay of $15.16, making it a competitive opportunity for those seeking flexible, hands-on work in retail.

The responsibilities include assisting customers with excellent service, operating the point of sale and cash drawer, managing incoming consignments, and performing essential organizational tasks like tagging clothing and arranging displays. Creativity is highly encouraged, especially in creating attractive displays for both home decor and fashion items. The ability to maintain a positive attitude, be a team player, and stay organized in both fast and slow-paced environments is crucial to success in this role.

Our ideal candidate is someone with excellent communication and customer service skills, capable of following directions closely while handling a variety of tasks throughout the day. Previous retail experience is a plus but not mandatory. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and have reliable transportation. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move objects as well as stand for the entire shift.
