Price Enterprises, Inc. is a locally owned family business that operates Hawaii's newest and most advanced high-volume Express Car Washes. Currently, the company operates two CarWash808 Express locations in Waipio Gentry and Kapolei. In addition to the car wash services, Price Enterprises, Inc. co-located the Kapolei location with a new Shell Station and a full-service convenience store named Pau Hana Express, which opened in May 2021. This strategic placement offers customers a comprehensive and modern service experience, combining car care with convenient retail and fuel options.

The current focus is to fill the position of Store Cashier at the Kapolei location. This is a full-time role with shifts available in the morning and evening, within store operating hours from 5 AM to 10 PM daily. The Store Cashier at Pau Hana Express plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest receives a friendly and helpful interaction. The role involves cash handling duties including operating the cash register, managing credit transactions, issuing change and receipts, and reconciling the cash drawer at the start and end of every shift. Beyond transactional responsibilities, the Store Cashier assists with inventory management tasks such as forecasting, ordering, and stocking merchandise to ensure the store is well supplied and visually appealing.
This position also includes important regulatory responsibilities, such as verifying identification for all purchases of age-restricted products like alcohol and tobacco to maintain compliance with legal standards. Cleanliness and overall maintenance of the convenience store – both inside and outside – are also part of the cashier's daily duties, further contributing to the high standards and welcoming atmosphere of the Pau Hana Express store. Job Requirements

- Ability to operate a cash register and handle money accurately
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and late evenings
- Must be able to perform physical tasks such as stocking and cleaning
- Valid identification for employment
- Willingness to undergo background checks if required

Job Duties
- Present friendly, helpful attitude and utmost in customer service at all times when dealing with the public, specifically customers, vendors and staff
- Responsible for operating the cash register by handling cash or credit transactions, issuing change, receipts, or refunds
- Reconcile cash drawer and reports at start and end of each shift
- Assist in forecasting, ordering, and stocking merchandise throughout the store
- Ensuring and checking identification for proof-of-age of customers for all alcohol and tobacco sales
- Perform cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness of the convenience store inside and out
