Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves of varying heights
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications
- Certification(s) must be obtained by the first day or within the required timeline
Job Qualifications

- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications
- Certification(s) must be obtained by the first day or within the required timeline
- 2 years of work experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
- 2 years of experience using POS systems preferred
Job Duties
- Greet guests, ask questions to understand their needs, offer suggestions, and ensure each transaction is fast and accurate
- Deliver outstanding hospitality, making each guest feel welcomed and valued
- Learn the menu and maintain knowledge of current promotions to make personalized recommendations
- Run food to tables, ensuring orders are correct and delivered quickly
- Proactively offer refills and exceed guests' expectations
- Ensure all guest-facing areas are neat, clean, and inviting
- Work collaboratively with managers, kitchen staff, and the Hospitality Team
- Perform other duties as assigned
