From a compensation perspective, the position offers $11.00 to $13.00 per hour based on experience, with additional tips included through a tip-sharing program. Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves of varying heights
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications

Job Qualifications

  • 2 years of work experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
  • 2 years of experience using POS systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, ask questions to understand their needs, offer suggestions, and ensure each transaction is fast and accurate
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality, making each guest feel welcomed and valued
  • Learn the menu and maintain knowledge of current promotions to make personalized recommendations
  • Run food to tables, ensuring orders are correct and delivered quickly
  • Proactively offer refills and exceed guests' expectations
  • Ensure all guest-facing areas are neat, clean, and inviting
  • Work collaboratively with managers, kitchen staff, and the Hospitality Team
  • Perform other duties as assigned
