Job Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications
- Certification(s) must be obtained by your first day or within the timeline required by your location
- Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at varying heights
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Must obtain state and local Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications by the required timeline
- Knowledge of customer service techniques in hospitality or retail preferred
- Experience using point-of-sale systems preferred
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Job Duties
- Greet guests and process transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by making guests feel welcome and valued
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and current promotions to offer personalized recommendations
- Run food to tables promptly and ensure order accuracy
- Proactively offer refills for drinks and chips and identify ways to exceed guest expectations
- Keep guest-facing areas clean, neat, and organized
- Collaborate with managers, kitchen staff, and team members to resolve issues and provide efficient service
- Perform additional duties as assigned
