Job Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler's and Alcohol Server certifications
  • Certification(s) must be obtained by your first day or within the timeline required by your location
  • Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at varying heights

Job Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Must obtain state and local Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications by the required timeline
  • Knowledge of customer service techniques in hospitality or retail preferred
  • Experience using point-of-sale systems preferred
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and process transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality by making guests feel welcome and valued
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and current promotions to offer personalized recommendations
  • Run food to tables promptly and ensure order accuracy
  • Proactively offer refills for drinks and chips and identify ways to exceed guest expectations
  • Keep guest-facing areas clean, neat, and organized
  • Collaborate with managers, kitchen staff, and team members to resolve issues and provide efficient service
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
