Job Duties

  • Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments
  • process customer payments for vehicle purchases, service, and parts
  • balance cash drawer and prepare daily deposits
  • assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
  • provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
  • collaborate with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure smooth transactions
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area
