Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • proficiency with basic computer applications and office equipment
  • ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
  • valid driver's license and clean driving record

Job Duties

  • Answer dealership phones, greet and receive prospects and customers
  • direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the service advisor
  • work cooperatively with the service and other internal sales teams
  • communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents requested by the service manager and the service director
  • assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments
  • other duties as assigned
