Flik Hospitality Group is currently hiring for full-time and part-time Cashier/Food Service Worker positions at the MassMutual Springfield location in Springfield, MA. These positions offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.50 to $18.50 per hour and come with a variety of benefits including free meals and uniform laundering service at select locations. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday, with hours that may vary, and further details are provided during the interview process. This role is ideal for individuals with previous experience in hospitality, large volume food service, or catering environments. Employees in these roles operate the Point of Sale (POS) systems, assist chefs with food preparation, maintain cleanliness at their work stations, and support all facets of food service operations. As part of the team, associates help prepare a variety of foods including meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts, and are instrumental in maintaining food safety and quality by ensuring proper temperature checks and food rotation using first in, first out principles.
