At the KAISER PERMANENTE SANTA CLARA MEDICAL CENTER, SodexoMagic is seeking a full-time Cashier/Food Service Worker to join their dedicated team. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $25.00 per hour and involves varying shifts with open availability preferred, making it ideal for individuals who are adaptable and looking to engage in meaningful work within a supportive environment. As a Cashier/Food Service Worker, you will be the warm welcomer and friendly face for customers at the food service operation. Your responsibilities include operating the cash register, handling cash and credit transactions from both SodexoMagic and client customers, and assisting in the setup and serving of food at counters and steam tables. You will also support the retail operation by maintaining supplies, assisting with cleanup and closedown activities, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience. Attendance and punctuality are key, as are the ability to adapt to varying duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements.
