The Cashier/Food Service Worker position at Sodexo, located at Lovelace Women’s Hospital, offers the opportunity to be a frontline ambassador who creates welcoming and positive experiences for customers. This role is available as either full-time or part-time employment, with a competitive pay range of $15.00 to $17.40 per hour. Working mornings, afternoons, or evenings on varying days, this position provides flexibility designed to accommodate diverse scheduling needs.
As a Cashier/Food Service Worker, you will manage cash and credit transactions using the register while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Beyond transactions, you will support food service operations including the setup and serving of food from counters and steam tables, as well as aiding in retail operations through supply maintenance, cleanup, and closing duties. Punctuality and reliability are important as you will be expected to attend scheduled shifts regularly and on time. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to handle cash and use register systems
- Ability to work mornings and afternoon or evening shifts on varying days
- Dependable with regular attendance
- Ability to follow company policies and safety standards

Job Duties
- Work in the food service operation handling cash and credit transactions from Sodexo and client customers
- Assist in setup and serving of food from counters and steam tables
- Provide support to the retail operation including setup maintaining supplies and products and assisting in cleanup and closedown
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
