Since our inception, we have expanded to three additional locations in Naperville and Oak Park. Our restaurant specializes in delivering handmade, from scratch BBQ dishes inspired by renowned BBQ regions throughout the United States, including the backwoods of the Carolinas, the meat markets of Texas, and the hidden gem spots of Memphis. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused cashiers to join our vibrant team at our retail restaurants. This role is essential in maintaining the friendly and professional atmosphere that our patrons have come to expect. As a cashier, you will serve as a Brand Ambassador, greeting customers as they enter, guiding them through the seating and ordering process, managing sales transactions at the point of sale, engaging in meaningful conversations with clients, and ensuring that dining spaces are clean and welcoming throughout service. This position offers flexibility with scheduling, making it ideal for individuals seeking part-time or full-time hours. Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate starting at $10.00 per hour plus tips, which can significantly increase earnings by $6 to $18 or more per hour.
