Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- 6 months of cash handling experience preferred
- If candidate does not meet preferred requirement a proofreading test should be administered
- Knowledge of general credit information preferred
- Working knowledge of computers required
- English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred
- Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
- Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to criminal background check

Job Duties
- Provide a friendly, welcoming face while relating with customers through conversation
- Resolve various situations over the phone or in-person for internal/external customers
- Determine what service is necessary and negotiate settlements
- Prepare appropriate paperwork, issue refunds, exchanges, cancellations and service claims while following processes to ensure error-free customer orders
- Establish a lasting, positive impression that creates customers for life
