Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- expertise in the baking business
- creative and able to come up with decorative designs
- must be able to fluently speak/read English
- capable of counting money and making change
- able to operate restaurant equipment
- willingness to work indoors and outdoors under varying weather conditions
- ability to stand continuously for extended periods and perform physical activities such as climbing balancing stooping kneeling crouching crawling walking reaching pushing pulling lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- available to adhere to assigned work schedules
- ability to work as a team member and respond well to feedback and direction
- completion of required training programs including online and on-the-job training
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to fluently speak/read English
- capable of counting money and making change
- able to operate restaurant equipment
- guest focus - anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations
- passion for results - set compelling targets and deliver on commitments
- high school diploma or equivalent
- successfully completes all training including Dunkin' Donuts Online University requirements basic restaurant training and human resource training
- on the job training provided by the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager
Job Duties

- maintain a clean and neat workstation
- complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed
- complete all required training and support the training of other team members
- effectively execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
- prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures
- follow all procedures related to cash cleanliness food safety and restaurant safety and security
- comply with all restaurant policies
