The role of a Willys Mexicana Grills Team Member is dynamic and involves more than just operating a restaurant. Team Members are expected to have a thorough knowledge of the menu, practice responsible food portioning to ensure consistency and minimize waste, and provide Above and Beyond Guest Service that exceeds expectations. This includes supporting all restaurant operations with a constructive approach, helping with tasks such as restocking and cleaning, and setting up restaurant areas to contribute to smooth and efficient service.

Adhering to the highest safety, sanitation, and security standards is critical, ensuring food is prepared accurately and consistently by following strict recipe cards.

Physical demands of the position include the ability to operate kitchen equipment such as fryers and grills, lifting up to 50 pounds multiple times per shift, walking and standing for the entire shift, and performing various physical movements like bending and scrubbing equipment.
