- Proven work ethic and punctual
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods
- Ability to bend and lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including part-time or full-time
- Positive attitude and energy
- Basic math skills for cash handling
Job Qualifications

- Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus
Job Duties
- Greet every guest with a warm smile and positive energy
- Help guests navigate ordering at the counter, kiosk, or delivery
- Process payments quickly and accurately including cash, cards, promos, or coupons
- Share promotions and recommend menu items
- Keep work area clean, organized, and ready for action
- Make specialty drinks and assist with food running or packaging
- Assist wherever needed to support teamwork
- Create a memorable, personal experience for every guest
