The Hospital Bistro is currently seeking a Barista/Cashier to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis, with promising long-term growth potential. The position offers a starting pay range of $15.75 to $16.75 per hour, with a pay raise available after completing 400 hours based on the individual’s years of experience. The Barista/Cashier position is part-time with a consistent schedule of three days per week, including shifts from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm, and day shift hours available as well. Candidates will also manage cash register operations efficiently, handle multiple payment types including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments, and ensure accurate transaction processing.

In addition to beverage preparation and cashier responsibilities, this role entails maintaining a clean and organized service station, restocking supplies and grab-and-go items, and assisting with opening, closing, and cleaning duties to ensure operational readiness each day. The Barista/Cashier will also monitor product freshness and continuously maintain appealing food and beverage displays. Providing excellent customer service is a key component of the role, including addressing customer inquiries and resolving any concerns professionally to enhance the overall customer experience.
