Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista or cashier in food service or retail preferred
- strong customer service and multitasking skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- basic math and cash handling experience
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- must be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must pass an airport background check and qualify for badging
- familiarity with commercial espresso machines and beverage preparation
- experience working in airports or high-traffic hospitality settings
- bilingual communication skills are a plus

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a positive and professional attitude
- prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages according to company standards
- accurately operate the point-of-sale system to process guest transactions
- maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked beverage station and register area
- restock items including cups, lids, condiments, milk, and grab-and-go offerings
- follow proper food safety, sanitation, and airport compliance procedures
- respond to guest questions and offer recommendations on products and beverages
- support teammates with service, stocking, and cleaning tasks during slower periods or peak times
- assist with opening and closing duties for the barista and cashier stations
