Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a barista or cashier in food service or retail preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must pass an airport background check and qualify for badging
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with commercial espresso machines and beverage preparation

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a positive and professional attitude
- Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages according to company standards
- Accurately operate the point-of-sale system to process guest transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked beverage station and register area
- Restock items including cups, lids, condiments, milk, and grab-and-go offerings
- Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and airport compliance procedures
- Respond to guest questions and offer recommendations on products and beverages
- Support teammates with service, stocking, and cleaning tasks during slower periods or peak times
- Assist with opening and closing duties for the barista and cashier stations
