Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proven work ethic and punctuality
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to bend and lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environment with access to kitchen equipment in tight quarters
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in hospitality, coffee shops, or quick service is a plus but not required
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
Job Duties
- Greet every guest with a warm smile and positive energy
- Help guests navigate ordering at the counter, kiosk, or delivery
- Process payments quickly and accurately including cash, cards, promos, or coupons
- Share promotions and recommend awesome menu items
- Keep work area clean, organized, and ready for action
- Make specialty drinks and help with food running or packaging
- Jump in to help wherever needed to support team and create memorable guest experiences
