Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or cashier role preferred
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- reliable and punctual
- able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- good communication skills
- ability to handle customer complaints professionally

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- accurately handle cash and card transactions including operating a cash register
- ensure order accuracy and timely service
- answer customer questions and provide information about menu items
- maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station
- collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth order flow
- upsell menu items and promote special offers
- handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and commitment to resolution
