Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or cashier role preferred
- Basic math skills
- Ability to operate POS systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Accurately handle cash and card transactions, including operating a cash register
- Ensure order accuracy and timely service
- Answer customer questions and provide information about menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station
- Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth order flow
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance customer experience
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and a commitment to resolving issues promptly
