Job Requirements

  • Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Proficient in using point of sale systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service

  • Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
  • Call for assistance proactively when additional help is needed
  • Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device to support line management
  • Assist with Omnichannel efforts as needed
  • Support recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
  • Participate in annual inventory processes
  • Support company shrink and safety initiatives
  • Meet established performance standards for sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance consistently
