As a Restaurant Crewmember at Raising Cane's, you will take on a dynamic role that requires versatility and enthusiasm. This position encompasses working various shifts, including opening, closing, and everything in between, to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Whether you have previous experience in customer service, retail, food service, or are new to the restaurant industry, Raising Cane's offers paid training for all new hires to prepare you for success. The starting pay is $14.50 per hour, with opportunities to increase your earnings by up to $1.50 per hour within the first year through additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations. This role emphasizes being a part of a collaborative team, delivering excellent customer service, managing food preparation, and contributing to the overall cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant.

Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
  • ability to kneel, bend, twist, stoop, ascend or descend stairs
  • reliable attendance and punctuality

  • able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
  • kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
