Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cashier or customer service roles preferred
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Ability to handle cash and other payment transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cashier or customer service experience in food service environment preferred

- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, and weekends
- Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills preferred
- Experience with restaurant POS systems preferred
- Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain
- Previous experience in Mexican cuisine or similar fast-casual dining preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments
Job Duties
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions with precision
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional service throughout their visit
- Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and pricing to answer customer questions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including cash register stations and customer seating areas
- Execute proper food safety and sanitation procedures according to health department standards
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary
