Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
  • demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
  • partner where needed for additional support
  • engage customers enthusiastically while resolving problems and assisting with credit, rewards and gift card programs
  • promote Findmore and other sales-driving programs
  • complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
  • assist with signing and merchandising standards at all checkouts
  • stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
  • proactively call for assistance when additional help is needed in checkout
  • utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device to support line management
  • assist with Omnichannel efforts as needed
  • assist with recovery, put backs and fitting room maintenance
  • participate in annual inventory processes
  • support company shrink and safety initiatives
  • meet established performance standards consistently including iCAP program, product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
