Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a retail cashier role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic proficiency with technology and point of sale systems

- ability to lift and carry light to moderate loads

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- partner where needed for additional support
- actively engage customers to resolve problems and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- promote Findmore and other sales programs
- complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- call for assistance when needed in checkout
- utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device to support line management
- assist with omnichannel efforts
- assist with recovery, put backs and fitting room maintenance
- participate in annual inventory processes
- support company shrink and safety initiatives
- meet established performance standards such as the iCAP program, product and service sales, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance
