The Customer Service role at Tony's Fresh Markets is integral to supporting the Administration Department by ensuring that the highest standards of customer satisfaction are consistently met. This position involves supervising Front-End personnel, which includes cashiers, sackers, go-backs, and maintenance workers, to create an efficient and welcoming shopping experience. This role also entails handling customer transactions, managing cash flow, and overseeing various administrative tasks to support departmental operations.

  • answer incoming calls
  • run and distribute daily reports
  • process rain checks
  • adhere to item refund policy
  • maintain and manage customer flow

  • understand and enforce all procedures
  • responsible for front end opening, crunch, closing efficiencies
  • handling coupons
  • understand and use proper LP department codes and policies
  • all other duties as assigned
