Job Duties

- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to management as needed
- Assist with the preparation and packing of food items during busy periods
- Maintain knowledge of daily specials, promotions, and menu offerings
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and register reconciliation
- Adhere to food safety and cleanliness standards at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure an efficient workflow
