Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Adherence to company uniform standards
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively
Job Qualifications
- Passion for providing extraordinary service
- Ability to work in multiple departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and move throughout shift
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety is a plus
- At least 16 years of age
Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests to learn their wants and needs
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items throughout the store and work across departments to assist guests
- Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products and specialty items throughout the day
- Assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot
- Present self in a professional manner including adhering to uniform standards
- Collaborate with team members to uphold store cleanliness and customer satisfaction
