CEC has received notable recognition, such as the "Best in STEM" award and being named one of America's Greatest Workplaces in 2025, demonstrating its focus on innovation and employee well-being.

Chuck E. Cheese, one of CEC's flagship brands, is a place "Where a Kid Can Be a Kid". It emphasizes creating joyful, lasting memories through play and entertainment, while maintaining rigorous health and sanitation standards to ensure the safety of both guests and employees. The company supports community initiatives and has donated over $24 million to schools and nonprofits. CEC Entertainment is proud of its diverse and inclusive workforce, mirroring the communities they serve, and celebrates employees' unique perspectives and experiences.

The company is currently hiring Cashiers for Chuck E. Cheese. This role is ideal for first-time job seekers or those looking to build an exciting career in the family entertainment industry. Cashiers at Chuck E. Cheese are essential frontline team members responsible for delivering outstanding guest service. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.90 to $17.90 and includes a commission structure for sales of memberships and Fun Passes, with commissions paid bi-weekly. The company also offers a "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, enabling employees to access earned wages without waiting for the traditional paycheck cycle.

The role requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks involving standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting during shifts. Employees must thrive in a dynamic work environment characterized by flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises. Effective interaction with guests and coworkers is essential, as is managing job-related stress effectively.

CEC Entertainment values its employees by providing a comprehensive benefits package tailored to different employment levels. All employees have access to telemedicine, early wage access, a 401(k) retirement plan, employee meal discounts, an Employee Assistance Program, tuition savings, scholarships, and financial relief resources. Part-time employees can enroll in fixed indemnity medical coverage, dental and vision options, as well as voluntary life and short-term disability benefits. Full-time employees working 29.5+ hours per week gain eligibility for extensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid sick and vacation time, paid holidays where applicable, FSA/HSA options, life and disability insurance, legal coverage, and additional education and student loan support. CEC also complies with state and local paid sick leave laws and inclusion standards.

CEC Entertainment is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to diversity and inclusion. The company evaluates qualified applicants fairly, including those with arrest and conviction records, and is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
