The company offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $16.90 to $17.90, plus commission opportunities on memberships and fun passes. This role requires energetic individuals with excellent customer service skills who are comfortable working various shifts. Physical requirements include the ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds and engage in activities such as standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting throughout their shift. The work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises, reflecting the lively nature of the entertainment space. Employees interact closely with guests and co-workers, which means the ability to handle job stress and communicate effectively is essential.
