This role is designed for team members who are passionate about guest service and are adaptable to work within any of the store's departments. The position involves engaging with guests to understand their needs, maintaining knowledge of the store's products and weekly promotions, and delivering assistance throughout the shopping experience. Team members will also be responsible for merchandising and stocking products to ensure an inviting and well-organized store layout, assisting with general housekeeping duties, including gathering shopping carts, and presenting themselves professionally by adhering to uniform standards.
