This role involves providing excellent guest service by actively engaging with shoppers to understand their preferences and assist them in creating meal solutions tailored to their needs. Knowledge of products and weekly promotional items is important as team members are encouraged to work collaboratively across departments. Additionally, responsibilities include maintaining the store’s appearance through merchandising and stocking, ensuring specialty items are well displayed, and offering assistance to guests throughout their shopping journey. The position also involves retrieving shopping carts and performing general housekeeping duties to keep the store clean and organized.
