Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests at the point of sale
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately
- Provide information about memberships and Fun Passes
- Assist guests with redeeming prizes and tokens
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Support team members as needed during busy shifts
