Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- Willingness to comply with health and safety regulations
- Pass any required background checks if applicable
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Take orders from guests and process payments
- Assist customers with prize selections and redemptions
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor
- Handle cash transactions accurately and follow cash handling procedures
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front counter area
- Engage with guests to promote memberships and Fun Pass sales
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth guest experiences
