Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years of age
- available to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- reliable and punctual
- able to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
- meet local legal age and work authorization requirements
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- previous cashier or retail experience is a plus
- ability to handle job stress and maintain professionalism
Job Duties
- take orders from guests
- process payments accurately and efficiently
- assist guests with prize selections and redemption
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
- provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service
- restock supplies and merchandise as needed
- comply with health and safety regulations
