Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Capability to engage and assist guests effectively
- Physical ability to perform stocking and housekeeping duties
- Commitment to representing the company professionally
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Basic understanding of food and grocery retail environment
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- A passion for providing extraordinary service
- Ability to work flexibly in multiple store departments
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of food products preferred
- Ability to maintain professional appearance
- Teamwork and collaborative mindset
Job Duties
- Consistently provide excellent guest service
- Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs and help create meal solutions
- Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items across the store
- Assist guests across multiple departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End
- Merchandise and stock products and specialty items throughout the day
- Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties
- Present self professionally adhering to uniform standards
