The Cashier Team Leader role at TESO Group is a pivotal position crucial to the smooth operation of the retail front end. In this leadership capacity, you will handle a variety of responsibilities, including assisting with complex transactions such as refunds, voids, and payment discrepancies, as well as enforcing store policies related to customer transactions, returns, and promotional discounts. Furthermore, the Cashier Team Leader may be required to work across multiple store locations as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail cashier or customer service roles preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable and punctual

Job Duties

- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- May be requested to work in other locations from time to time
- Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures up to 30 lbs. as needed
