We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dependable Customer Service Associates to join our team. This role is pivotal as it places you at the forefront of our store experience, representing Rebel Convenience Stores to every customer who walks through the door. Our Customer Service Associates handle a variety of tasks that ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence every day.

As a Customer Service Associate, also known as a Cashier, you will be responsible for greeting customers warmly and providing exceptional service throughout their visit. You will operate our modern point-of-sale (POS) system, processing sales transactions including lottery tickets, fuel purchases, and prepaid cards. Your role will also include upselling current promotions to help customers make informed choices and maintaining an orderly store inside and out. Operating food and beverage machines such as coffee makers, fountain drinks, and hot food equipment will be part of your daily duties, along with restocking and rotating merchandise using the FIFO (first-in, first-out) method to ensure freshness and availability.

Safety, security, and compliance are critical components of your responsibilities. You will follow established safety and loss prevention procedures and ensure strict adherence to age-restricted sales laws, including alcohol, tobacco, and lottery sales. Additional duties include assisting customers with fuel pump usage, car wash services, and air hose availability, accurately handling cash, credit cards, and safe deposits, and completing all required training and shift assignments.
