In this role, Customer Service Crew Members are responsible for greeting guests warmly and positively, accurately taking orders, processing payments, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly. Maintaining a safe, secure, and comfortable environment within the restaurant is also a key aspect of the job. Teamwork with delivery partners and keeping the facility clean by performing tasks such as wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors ensure the restaurant operates smoothly.

Alternatively, Food/Kitchen Service Crew Members are also integral to Taco Bell’s success. These individuals answer questions about menu items and promotions, prepare ingredients and menu items, restock products and workstations, and operate various kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, and grills. Like their customer service counterparts, they maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by conducting general cleaning duties.

Taco Bell seeks individuals who are at least 16 years of age, have reliable transportation, and possess the ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and training materials. Candidates must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds with assistance, and demonstrate a positive and friendly demeanor that fosters strong team and guest relationships.
