This role is a dynamic position responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences by greeting guests promptly and courteously, taking food and beverage orders, including alcoholic beverages, and executing all cash and credit card transactions efficiently at the counter. The position involves serving and delivering prepared orders to guests, maintaining knowledge of all current promotions, coupons, and special events, and handling guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism. Individuals seeking this role should be at least 21 years of age due to the responsibilities involving alcohol service and must have a certification in Alcohol Awareness. Job Requirements

- Ability to work in varied environmental conditions including smoke, variable temperature, lighting, and noise levels
- Availability to perform work indoors and outdoors during special events
- Effective verbal and written communication in English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in written form in English
- Alcohol Awareness Certification
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Familiarity with cash handling and point of sale systems a plus
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a prompt, friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- Take guests food and drink orders in a timely manner
- Process all transactions prior to the guest leaving the counter
- Clean and clear tables as needed
- Deliver prepared orders and drinks, alcoholic beverages included, to guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Answer phone in a prompt and courteous manner
- Process all payment transactions in a timely, accurate and efficient manner according to established procedures
- Maintain knowledge of all comp and coupon policies
- Process and pay out tips at the end of each shift according to tip out practices
- Assist with guest concerns informing manager on duty as appropriate
- Maintain knowledge of property outlets, special events, concerts, and promotions
- Offer a cordial farewell and thank guests for dining upon departure
- Address guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Establish and maintain effective channels of communication with all levels of the Nugget team and guests
- Using the Nugget’s system of recognition, recognize team members who are going "above and beyond" as appropriate
- Knowledgeable of and consistently follow Nugget policies and procedures as well as appropriate local, state, and federal regulations
- Perform work in a safe manner and always maintain a safe environment for fellow team members and guests alike
- Immediately report unsafe conditions, team member or guest incidents to Security, Management, and the Safety Manager
- Maintain a positive and professional image for the Nugget when performing duties or representing the Nugget and encourages others to do the same
- Regular predictable attendance is required
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
