Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cashier or retail roles preferred
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Basic proficiency with point of sale technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Must adhere to company safety and shrink policies
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Partner with team members for additional support when needed
- Engage customers actively to resolve problems and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote Findmore and other sales-driven programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing and merchandising standards at all checkouts
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device to support line management
- Assist with omnichannel efforts as needed
- Support recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards related to sales, productivity, and attendance
